עיריית פתח תקווה השקיעה עשרות מיליוני שקלים בשיפוצי קיץ, שדרוג מבנים ואבזור חדש בכיתות ובגנים, ועוד מיליוני שקלים מושקעים בבנייה של מוסדות חינוך חדשים, מרכזים ייחודיים, וכן במיגון מוסדות חינוך, טכנולוגיה ורכש.

שתי מנהלות חדשות בחינוך היסודי בפתח תקווה

שתי מנהלות חדשות יכנסו לתפקידן החדש בשנת הלימודים הקרובה. איריס ורד, תנהל את בית הספר עין גנים ותחליף את רוני שאשה קרסיק, ואיריס ג'דאע תנהל את בית הספר קיבוץ גלויות ותחליף את מרב פלג בס.

עיריית פתח תקווה הוכתרה כמצטיינת מחוז ת"א בהפעלת תכנית הצהרונים "ניצנים"

תכנית צהרוני ניצנים בפתח תקווה, המתקיימת בבתי הספר היסודיים ובית הספר של החגים, זכתה בפרס הצטיינות מחוזי של מחוז תל אביב. וועדת הפרס המחוזית בחנה את התכנית בין הערים במחוז, ביניהם תל אביב, הרצליה, רמת גן, גבעתיים, רמת השרון, אור יהודה ועוד. עיריית פתח תקווה נבחרה מכולן לקבלת פרס ההצטיינות המחוזי.
