פעיל הציבור אריק חמו יחליף את מקומה של אליה קזולה במועצת העיר פ"ת

חברת מועצת העיר מטעם סיעת הבית היהודי אליה קזולה, החליטה על פרישה ממועצת העיר בעקבות סיבות אישיות. לאור כך, בישיבת המועצה הקרובה, יחליף את מקומה פעיל הציבור בשכונת הדר גנים אריק חמו.

אריק חמו (46), נשוי לעידית ואב ל-7 ילדים, עוסק בתחום ההייטק. חמו ידוע בעשייה ציבורית ענפה והוא משמש במשך שנים רבות כפעיל ציבור בשכונת הדר גנים. חמו מנהל גמ"ח "חסדי שלמה" המסייע בענייני אבלות, ממקמי בית הכנסת צעירי הדר גנים ובעברו שימש כיו"ר אגודת הסטודנטים במכללת תל חי.

ראש העיר רמי גרינברג "אני מודה לחברת המועצה היוצאת אליה קזולה על פעילותה למען תושבי העיר ועל שיתוף הפעולה הפורה. מאחל לה המשך עשייה מתוך בריאות איתנה ואריכות ימים. ברצוני לברך את חבר המועצה הנכנס אריק חמו, אשר משמש בפעילות ציבורית בהדר גנים שנים רבות. מכיר ומוקיר את פועלו ושמח לשתף איתו פעולה למען תושבי העיר גם מתוך מליאת מועצת העיר."
