אם אתם תושבי פתח תקווה ואתם סובלים מליקוי ראיה ושמיעה חשוב שתדעו כי יתכן ומגיעה לכם מלגה. לפרטים המלאים קראו את הכתבה

חשוב לדעת: אם אתם תושבי פתח תקווה והשמיעה או הראיה שלכם מוגבלת יתכן ומגיעה לכם מלגה חד פעמית. מדובר במלגה חד פעמית ומיועדת לתושבי פ"ת בלבד, ילידי 1995-1981בעלי הכנסה של עד 9,889 ₪ לחודש (ברוטו), המוגדרים כבעלי ליקוי ראיה ו/או שמיעה בדרגה בינונית-קשה, ומקבלים קצבת נכות כללית מהמוסד לביטוח לאומי.

זו הפעם השנייה שהבית החברתי ואגף הרווחה בעיריית פתח תקוה יעניקו מלגות מהכספים שנאספו בבית החברתי. בשנה שעברה ניתנה מלגה למשפחות עם ילדים בגיל הרך שהוגדרו כחולים כרוניים, והשנה תוענק המלגה לבעלי ליקוי ראיה ושמיעה מקבלי קצבת נכות כללית בדרגה בינונית קשה.

את הבקשות לקבלת המלגה יש להגיש עד ה 30.6.16 במחלקות הרווחה או באגף לשירותים חברתיים. טפסים ניתן להוריד כאן.
לאחר הגשת הבקשות תתכנס וועדה מיוחדת שתבחן את הבקשות, ובה ישבו נציגי האגף לשירותי רווחה ובריאות, נציגי הלשכה המשפטית, נציג הביטוח הלאומי ונציג הציבור.
